YOU MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR A PROPERTY TAX DEDUCTION
If you are a citizen and resident of New Jersey who was honorably discharged from the active service in time of war in any branch of the Armed Forces of the United States or the surviving spouse of the above, you may be eligible for a $250.00 property tax deduction.
If you are a senior citizen, disabled person or surviving spouse of a senior citizen or disabled person and meet all of the eligibility requirements, you may be entitled to a $250.00 property tax deduction.
Applications explaining all of the requirements are available in the Runnemede Tax Office located at 24 N. Black Horse Pike.

yard sales
Each household is permitted to hold two garage or yard sales per year. A permit is required and can be purchased at the Borough Hall, 24 N. Black Horse Pike, for $5.00. Each permit is good for one calendar day and one rain date. Permits must be obtained at least two weeks prior to the intended date of sale. Please note that you must be the owner of the property in order to obtain a yard sale permit. Failure to obtain a yard sale permit may result in fines and/or penalties.

GETTING MARRIED?
It’s that time of year again. Future brides or grooms who are Runnemede residents should take note. Applications for marriage licenses are by appointment only. The fee is $28.00 in cash. No checks will be accepted.
Applicants must bring a witness who is 18 years of age or older. Divorced applicants must produce a final divorce decree and widows or widowers must furnish a certified death certificate. Applicants should know in what state or country each of their parents were born as well as the maiden name of their mothers. Applicants must also provide birth certificates, photo identification and social security numbers. The date of the marriage ceremony and the name and mailing address of the person who is to perform the ceremony are also required. The waiting period is 72 hours.

Make left out of parking lot onto Clements Bridge Road.
After 2nd Red Light, look for the Runnemede Plaza, 835 East Clements Bridge Road, on the left. Proceed into the lot, DMV will be in the rear.
