Construction/ Zoning Permits Now Online

Construction and Zoning permits can now be found on the SDL portal.

Any Certificate of continued occupancies can be filled out and paid for when submitting.

**Please ensure that you are leaving an email and phone number when filling out the permit applications. **

Applications will not be processed if those two pieces of  information are missing.

**Zoning permits must be submitted with surveys and the correct documentation or the forms will not be processed.**
